DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

Digital transformation without the hype

No buzzwords, and no tool chosen before the problem is understood. We start at the bottleneck that is actually costing you, rebuild the workflow around it, and measure whether it moved. You keep every document and deliverable even if we do not continue.

Who this is for

  • Businesses running on spreadsheets and manual steps that stopped scaling
  • Teams with data everywhere and no decision coming out of it
  • Leaders who have been sold transformation before and received a slide deck

What you get

  • A clear-eyed read of where the process actually breaks
  • As-is and to-be workflow maps you can hand to anyone
  • A working automation for the workflow that costs the most
  • KPIs and a dashboard that show whether it changed
  • A change plan, because adoption is the part that usually fails
  • Every document and deliverable, yours to keep whatever happens next

What it costs

Fixed scope and a fixed price, both agreed in writing before anything starts. If your project sits between two of these, it gets its own number.

  • Actionable insights

    from€2 000

    2 weeks

Best when you have data everywhere and still cannot make a decision from it.

    Includes

    • An initial assessment of process and data
    • Clear KPIs, and what they ought to be
    • Quick wins you can act on immediately
    • A dashboard prototype
    • The technical approach, with a cost analysis
    Start at the bottleneck
  • Reimagined workflow

    Recommended

    from€10 500

    3 weeks

Best when the business runs on manual steps that no longer scale.

    Includes

    • Everything in Actionable insights
    • As-is and to-be process maps
    • A validated technical approach
    • An automation prototype for one workflow
    • The build plan, costed
    Start at the bottleneck
  • Pilot to scale

    from€17 500

    5 weeks

Best when you want an implementation and a measured result, not a plan.

    Includes

    • Everything in Reimagined workflow
    • One workflow delivered end to end
    • Success metrics tracked against a baseline
    • Scalability planning for what comes next
    • Change management, so adoption sticks
    • Documentation and handover
    Start at the bottleneck

Still deciding, or is the scope still moving? A paid scoping call (€400) puts the plan and a fixed number in writing, and is credited against the project if we go ahead. The thirty-minute intro call stays free either way.

How it runs

The same four steps every time, so you always know where it is.

  1. 01

    Tell me the problem

A few lines is enough. I read every message myself and reply within one business day.

  2. 02

    We talk for thirty minutes

Free, and no pitch. We work out what done means here, and whether I am the right person at all.

  3. 03

You get the number in writing

If the scope is clear after that call, the plan and the fixed price follow it at no charge. If it is still moving, the paid scoping call settles it first and comes off the project.

  4. 04

I build it, and you see it weekly

A working demo every week, not a status report. You find out in week two if something is wrong, not in week eight.

Questions, answered

  • Do I keep the documents if we do not continue?

Yes. Every deliverable, including maps, prototypes, backlog, estimates and documentation, is yours whatever we decide afterwards.

  • Do you pick the tools first?

No. We start at the pain point and the workflow, and the tools are whatever fits once we know what the work actually is.

  • Will this disrupt my team?

It is implemented incrementally against agreed success metrics, so there is never a day when everything changes at once.

  • Can you work with our current tools and spreadsheets?

Yes. Sheets, Excel, CRMs, ERPs, and processes that grew by accident. Improving what exists usually beats replacing it.

  • How is this different from a consultancy's transformation programme?

You get one senior engineer who builds the thing, rather than a team of analysts who describe it, and the deliverable is a working workflow rather than a recommendation.

  • A cluster of work items on the left fanning out into many faint possible futures, one amber path lit through the middle, crossing a vertical deadline line inside a green ring

Set the quarter with the business, encode the goals as GitHub milestones, and let a forecaster post the odds every week. The business learns early whether it will get what it asked for, and developers know exactly what done means.

Let's talk

Where does the process break?

Describe the step everything waits on, and how the work gets done today. I'll send back what I would rebuild first, what it would take, and the number that tells you whether it moved.

I read every message myself and reply within one business day. No sales pitch, just a straight conversation about your build.

  • Free 30-min intro call
  • NDA-friendly
  • Prototype to production

A few lines about the problem you want to crack. Even rough is fine.
