AI FOR YOUR BUSINESS

Practical AI for your business

AI should do real work inside your business rather than look impressive in a demo. We start by finding where it pays and where it plainly does not, automate the workflows costing you the most, and hand over something your team uses on a Tuesday without thinking about it.

Who this is for

  • Operations and business leaders who keep being told to do something with AI
  • Teams losing hours a week to work that is repetitive but not quite mechanical
  • Companies that bought a tool, saw no change, and want to know why

What you get

  • An honest map of where AI pays in your operation, and where it does not
  • The two or three workflows worth automating first, ranked by what they cost you now
  • A working automation, integrated with the tools you already use
  • A dashboard showing whether it actually moved the number
  • Documentation and training, so it survives both you and me
  • Success criteria agreed before the work starts, and measured after it

What it costs

Fixed scope and a fixed price, both agreed in writing before anything starts. If your project sits between two of these, it gets its own number.

Still deciding, or is the scope still moving? A paid scoping call (€400) puts the plan and a fixed number in writing, and is credited against the project if we go ahead. The thirty-minute intro call stays free either way.

How it runs

The same four steps every time, so you always know where it is.

  1. 01

    Tell me the problem

A few lines is enough. I read every message myself and reply within one business day.

  2. 02

    We talk for thirty minutes

Free, and no pitch. We work out what done means here, and whether I am the right person at all.

  3. 03

You get the number in writing

If the scope is clear after that call, the plan and the fixed price follow it at no charge. If it is still moving, the paid scoping call settles it first and comes off the project.

  4. 04

I build it, and you see it weekly

A working demo every week, not a status report. You find out in week two if something is wrong, not in week eight.

Questions, answered

  • Which package should I choose?

The review if you need clarity, automation if you already know which work hurts, and the custom system if you have tried the off-the-shelf answer and it did not fit. If you are unsure, the scoping call settles it in half an hour.

  • What do you need from me to start?

Your goal, the tools you use today, a sample of the work you want handled, and what success looks like in ninety days.

  • Can you integrate with the systems we already have?

Yes: CRMs, helpdesks, email, databases, spreadsheets and internal tools. Most of the value is in the integration rather than in the model.

  • What if AI is not the answer?

Then the review says so and names the cheaper fix. That happens often enough to be worth saying out loud.

  • Will our data be used to train anything?

No. Data handling is agreed in writing before we start, and I am happy to sign your NDA first.

Let's talk

Which work is costing you most?

Name the two or three jobs your team repeats every week, and the tools they run on. I'll send back which one pays back first, which one to leave alone, and what it would take to automate it.

I read every message myself and reply within one business day. No sales pitch, just a straight conversation about your build.

  • Free 30-min intro call
  • NDA-friendly
  • Prototype to production

A few lines about the problem you want to crack. Even rough is fine.
