MVP DEVELOPMENT

Build your MVP in 4 to 8 weeks

You have an idea and no technical co-founder. We fix the scope first, so you build what matters instead of everything, and then I build a product real users can sign up to and pay for. There is a working demo every week, which is how you find out early rather than late.

Who this is for

  • Non-technical founders who need a first version real users can actually use
  • Teams validating a new product line without pulling engineers off the main one
  • Anyone who has been quoted six months for something that should take six weeks

What you get

  • A scoped MVP: the core problem, the user flow, and the feature list that earns its place
  • A working, deployed web app, with authentication, the core features and analytics from day one
  • Stripe payments and subscriptions where the business model needs them
  • An admin view, so you can run the thing without calling me
  • Clean React and Python that you or your next hire can read
  • The source code, the documentation and the deployment, yours from the first commit

What it costs

Fixed scope and a fixed price, both agreed in writing before anything starts. If your project sits between two of these, it gets its own number.

  • Scope and prototype

    from€2 000

    1–2 weeks

Best when the idea is still moving and you want to see it before you fund it.

    Includes

    • The core problem and the user flow, written down
    • A feature list cut to what an MVP actually needs
    • A clickable prototype of the main screens
    • A build plan with a fixed price for the rest
    Scope my MVP
  • Validation MVP

    Recommended

    from€14 000

    4 weeks

Best when you need something real users can sign up to and use.

    Includes

    • Everything in Scope and prototype
    • A working web app, deployed and live
    • Authentication and user accounts
    • The core features, end to end
    • Analytics and event tracking
    • A weekly demo, the source code, and a handover
    Scope my MVP
  • Growth-ready MVP

    from€28 000

    8 weeks

Best when the product has to carry a business, not just prove one.

    Includes

    • Everything in Validation MVP
    • Stripe payments and subscriptions
    • Roles, permissions and an admin dashboard
    • The third-party integrations your workflow needs
    • Foundations that hold up as usage grows
    • Documentation and a production handover
    Scope my MVP

Still deciding, or is the scope still moving? A paid scoping call (€400) puts the plan and a fixed number in writing, and is credited against the project if we go ahead. The thirty-minute intro call stays free either way.

How it runs

The same four steps every time, so you always know where it is.

  1. 01

    Tell me the problem

A few lines is enough. I read every message myself and reply within one business day.

  2. 02

    We talk for thirty minutes

Free, and no pitch. We work out what done means here, and whether I am the right person at all.

  3. 03

You get the number in writing

If the scope is clear after that call, the plan and the fixed price follow it at no charge. If it is still moving, the paid scoping call settles it first and comes off the project.

  4. 04

I build it, and you see it weekly

A working demo every week, not a status report. You find out in week two if something is wrong, not in week eight.

Questions, answered

  • I am not technical. Can you handle all of it?

Yes. I define the scope with you, build it, deploy it, and hand it over with documentation. You never have to specify anything in engineering terms.

  • What do you need from me to start?

Your idea, who it is for, the three features it cannot launch without, a couple of products you like, and any branding you already have. That is enough for the first call.

  • Is this a real product or a prototype?

A real, deployable MVP from the Validation tier upwards: source code, authentication, the core features and analytics, running on the internet. The first tier is deliberately a prototype, and it says so.

  • What happens if the scope changes halfway through?

It gets re-quoted in writing before I build it. No silent scope creep in either direction, and nothing gets built that you have not agreed to pay for.

  • Who owns the code?

You do, from the first commit. It lives in your repository, not mine.

  • Can you keep working on it after launch?

Yes, either as a follow-on project with its own fixed price, or ongoing at a weekly rate. Most founders want the second once they have real users.

Let's talk

What should the first version do?

A few lines about the idea and who it is for. I'll send back the features I would keep for version one, how many weeks it takes, and a fixed price.

I read every message myself and reply within one business day. No sales pitch, just a straight conversation about your build.

  • Free 30-min intro call
  • NDA-friendly
  • Prototype to production

A few lines about the problem you want to crack. Even rough is fine.
